Hot in the South; Tornadoes in the Midwest
While we are enjoying sauna-like conditions here in the sunny South, our friends and neighbors in the Chicagoland area are photographing tornadoes. Sunday evening a small twister struck a Chicago suburb, Romeoville. WGN's Tom Skilling posted some photos here.

Hey!! No fair!!
Wow, I'll be up in Chi-town soon!
cool...what are you doing there?
Sounds exciting. What's happening in Chi-town?
Now they are have torndoes in Brooklyn NY! Everywhere but here!!
I know. Can you believe that?! That's some serious Dewvoid!
Dew...We need you to go to uh...somewhere on the west coast for some...uh....weather recon..Yeah thats it, weather recon...;-P
Do you realize what that would do...? We can't alter weather patterns like that.
BTW, Carolina Mike wanted everyone to know he says, "HOWDY!"
Hurry and come to Georgia Mike!!
He will be in town later this month. I'll let you know when I know more.
You must be like his pesonal secretary now? Travel agent? Oh...Sorry...You are the official spokemodel for the team...;-)
...I like to call it - friend... shaking head.
I am not anyone's secretary. I have actually tried to book hotels for him before during a chase... so possibly travel agent, but I don't get a commission, but I am NOT the SPOKESMODEL. eye roll.
touche'..not the team driver? ;-P
Oh, come on, where is your sense of adventure? You're not basing that on the silly little swing incident, are you? That swing was at fault... just jumped right out in front of me. lol
Did the police show up and draw a chalk outline of the deceased swing? Hahira CSI!
They did a paint sample off the lawnmower.
Remember, I'm driving... the tornadoes, hail and lightning will piose enough danger...we don't need a reckless driver added to the mix!
Well, that frees me up for photography... otherwise I'd be taking pictures while I drive, and I know how you feel about that...
Well, now that I am not allowed behind the wheel either, who is goona drive? I like the way you think about being freed up for photography. As long as I survive in tact, I cannot wait!
I like how you think about sparing us the gas cost. Perhaps, we could hire a driver...
I supply the video cameras, yall film while i drive?
Chasing in the big rig...
Sounds good...leave the driving to the pro!
Saves us the trouble of renting a vehicle and trying to explain the significant hail damage while wearing our team shirts. ;-)
